Humans with specific allergies or sensitivity to collagen or marine based products should check with a doctor before regular consumption. All ingredients utilized are all natural and organic with FDA approved vitamin dosages which minimizes risk and or potential harm. Although highly unlikely, we understand that you may still experience an adverse reaction to Ysiad Lemon or Ysiad Lavender, if so, please consult a professional immediately and seek medical attention. 
 

"By pre-ordering Ysiad Beauty Water, I agree to hold Ysiad Co LLC and their respective officers, directors and employees (“Released Parties”) harmless and released from any and all liability from my use of the beverage sold to me by Released Parties. I understand that this beverage created by Released Parties has not been approved for consumption by the Food and Drug Administration. Ysiad Beauty Water is dairy-free and peanut-free, however this beverage may have been exposed to common allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs and wheat in the process of its creation. I understand that Released Parties will not be responsible for any adverse reactions which may occur as a result of my use and consumption of the beverage. Released Parties recommend that you consult a medical professional immediately if you have consumed this beverage and are experiencing adverse effects.

 

Released Parties will not be held responsible for harm, injury, death, or any adverse effects as a result of use of this beverage. Released Parties make no representations or warranties regarding the safety, reliability, durability and performance of this beverage.

By ordering Ysiad Beauty Water, I take full responsibility and waive all claims of personal injury, death, product quality, product performance, dissatisfaction, and damage to personal property as a result of or in connection with my use of this beverage.
